3. Data Storage and Retention
No photos, videos, or metadata are transmitted outside of your device. The app does not maintain any cloud storage or remote databases. Any organizational changes (album assignments, deletions, favorites) are written directly to your device's native photo library.
4. Permissions
The app requests the following device permission:
- Photo Library (Read & Write): Required to display your media and to apply organizational changes such as album creation and deletion. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings > Privacy > Photos. Revoking permission will disable all core features.
5. Irreversible Actions
Please be aware that deleted photos may be moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" folder and can be recovered within a limited period. After that period, deletion is permanent. We strongly recommend reviewing your selections carefully before confirming any bulk deletion.
6. Third-Party Services
This app does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection SDKs. No user data is shared with or accessible to any third party.
7. Data Security
All media processing occurs within the app's secure sandbox environment. We do not have access to your photos at any time. We recommend keeping your iOS device updated to benefit from the latest security improvements.

This app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
